Service Description
Our Basic Double-Pane Glass Replacement service provides a simple and cost-effective solution to restore clarity and function to your window. This service is designed for standard double-pane windows, where only the glass (pane) needs to be replaced. Included in the service: * Careful removal of the damaged or broken glass * Installation of new double-pane glass into the existing frame * Secure sealing of the glass to prevent air or water leaks Not included: * Frame replacement or adjustment * Trim or caulking around the window * Painting or finishing work * Delivery or disposal services Available sizes: * Small — windows up to 24″ × 36″ * Medium — windows up to 36″ × 60″ * Large — windows larger than 36″ × 60″ NOTES: This is a basic service focused solely on replacing single-pane glass. Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
