Service Description
We provide professional installation of exterior sliding patio doors that create a seamless transition between your indoor and outdoor spaces. Sliding doors save space while bringing in natural light and improving your home’s comfort. What’s Included: * Installation of your exterior sliding door system on track * Proper alignment for smooth and quiet operation * Secure fastening of locks, handles, and hardware * Final inspection to ensure weather sealing and functionality Door Types We Install: * Single sliding patio doors * Double sliding (bypass) patio doors * Glass options: clear, low-E, or decorative * Materials: vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, or wood Available Sizes: Heights: 80″, 84″, 92½″, 96″ Widths: 36″, 48″, 56″, 60″, 64″, 72″ NOTES: * Materials such as caulk, door shims, trims, and plastic wood * Under "Clear door opening" means that the door opening must be cleared of the old door and frame before installing the new door. * This service does not include removal of the old door, delivery, disposal, or measurement services.
Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
