Service Description
Our Door Shutter Fixing service ensures your door opens and closes smoothly by repairing issues with the door leaf (shutter). Whether the door is misaligned, sagging, or rubbing against the frame, we adjust and secure it for proper function. Included in the service: * Inspection of the door shutter alignment * Tightening or replacing loose hinges and screws * Adjustment to prevent rubbing or sticking * Minor repairs to improve stability and ease of use Not included: * Full door slab replacement * Frame or trim repairs (available separately) * Painting, refinishing, or hardware upgrades NOTES: This service is ideal for interior and exterior doors that need functional correction without a full replacement.
Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
