Service Description

We offer professional replacement and installation of door slabs only, without frame replacement. This service is ideal if your door frame is in good condition and you just need a new slab installed. What’s Included: * Removal of the old door slab from the existing frame * Installation of the new door slab into the existing hinges and hardware * Basic alignment to ensure smooth opening and closing * Minor adjustments for a proper fit What’s Not Included: * Frame replacement * Trim, caulking, or painting * Material purchase and delivery (customer provides the new door slab) * Trash removal or disposal of the old door (available at additional cost) Door Types We Install: * Hollow core door slabs * Solid core door slabs * Panel or flush styles Available Sizes: Heights: 80″, 84″ Widths: 24″, 28″, 30″, 32″, 34″, 36″


Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice. Door slab policies: For door slab installations (replacement without a new frame), the customer is responsible for accurate measurements. If the customer provides the door slab and the measurements are incorrect, and the new slab does not fit: If the customer chooses not to proceed with trimming/cutting, or if trimming is performed but the result is not as expected, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost. To avoid any misunderstandings or attempts to reduce the service cost by 50%, in cases where the customer agrees to trimming/cutting, we will provide a document for the customer to sign, confirming that they understand the possible outcome and accept the result without claims or dissatisfaction. If we are responsible for measuring and ordering the door, and the slab does not fit, we will either correct the issue at no additional cost, provide a full refund, or issue a discount coupon equal to 50% of the service cost for a future installation.
