Service Description
Our Full Double-Pane Glass Replacement service offers a complete solution for restoring the clarity, safety, and energy performance of your small windows. Designed full service goes beyond basic replacement to include all necessary materials and essential finishing work. Included in the service: * Precise measurement of the window opening to ensure a perfect fit * Careful removal of the damaged or broken double-pane glass * Supply and delivery of new double-pane glass * Professional installation into the existing frame * Secure sealing to prevent air or water infiltration * Removal and disposal of old glass * Final cleaning of the work area for a ready-to-use window Not included: * Full frame replacement * Custom decorative upgrades outside of standard materials Available sizes: * Small — windows up to 24″ × 36″ * Medium — windows up to 36″ × 60″ * Large — windows larger than 36″ × 60″ NOTES: Full service means we handle measurement, materials, installation, and cleanup for you. The cost of glass is not included in the service price, and the final glass cost is reimbursed by the client.; Materials will be purchased and delivered by us.
Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
