Service Description
Our Full Service package for exterior sliding doors includes everything from removal of your old door to a complete professional finish. We ensure your new sliding patio door improves natural light, enhances access to outdoor spaces, and provides proper insulation and security. What’s Included: * Precise pre-installation measuring to ensure the new door fits correctly. * Careful removal of the existing door and hardware * We supply all necessary materials such as screws, fasteners, trim, caulk, paint, and patching supplies. * Secure and accurate installation of your new interior door into the existing frame. * Installation or adjustment of trim for a polished look around the door * Sealing gaps and edges for a clean, durable finish * Filling and smoothing nail holes so the trim looks seamless * Applying a final coat of paint on trim and touch-ups around the door area * Disposal of packaging materials and small trash * Full cleanup of the work area so your room is ready to use immediately Door Types We Install: * Single sliding patio doors * Double sliding (bypass) patio doors * Glass options: clear, low-E, or decorative * Materials: vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, or wood Available Sizes Heights: 80″, 84″, 92½″, 96″ Widths: 36″, 48″, 56″, 60″, 64″, 72″ NOTES: * The cost of materials is not included in the listed service price. * Under the Full Service package, we handle the purchase and delivery of all required materials (trim, hardware, paint, caulk, etc.). * The final cost of these materials is reimbursed by the client in addition to the service fee.
Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
