Our Basic Window Replacement service provides a straightforward and cost-effective solution for replacing an entire small window unit. Service focuses on installing a new window into the existing opening without extra finishing or decorative work. Included in the service: * Installation of the new window into the existing frame/opening * Secure fastening to ensure stability and function * Basic sealing and caulking to prevent drafts and water leaks * Exterior trim finishing Not included: * Painting * Full frame rebuild or resizing of the opening * Decorative finishing work * Delivery or disposal services NOTES: This is a basic service focused solely on replacing a window unit. Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
