Service Description
Our Window Screen Fix service restores the function and appearance of your window screens. Whether your screen is torn, loose, or damaged, we ensure it is repaired or replaced for proper airflow and insect protection. Included in the service: * Removal of the damaged screen * Replacement with new mesh material * Adjustment and reinstallation into the existing frame * Full frame replacement (if damaged) * Tight, clean fit for smooth operation Not included: * Custom decorative or specialty screens NOTES: Mesh and supplementary materials are billed separately. The customer will be responsible for reimbursement of these costs, which will be detailed in the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
