Service Description
Our Hollow Door Slab Repair service is designed to fix common issues with hollow core doors, such as dents, scratches, or small holes. We carefully patch and level the damaged areas to restore a smooth, clean finish and extend the life of your door without the need for a full replacement. Not including: * Patch painting or whole door repainting * Slab replacement * Delivery materials * Trash haul * Cleaning Notes: Materials are not included in the service price. The customer is responsible for purchasing and arranging delivery of required supplies (fillers, adhesives, finishes). For damage larger than 5×5 inches, please include photos with your request so we can provide a preliminary assessment. In some cases, the damage may be too extensive to repair and may require replacement instead.
Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service balance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date. Cancellations: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment—your choice.
